Lecuyer walks it off, WC Rona advances to Harbour Ball Finals

WC Rona U17 advanced to the Fitzroy Harbour Men's Fastball League finals with a dramatic 4-3 win over Hicks Custom Interiors on Tuesday night, winning the the third game of the best-of-three playoff semi-finals.

Finn Barton earned the win while Adam Rueckwald took the loss.

Hicks got out to a 3-0 lead, which included a two run homer from Andrew McNair.

Colton Lecuyer had an inside the park homer run deep to right field in the sixth to make it 3-1. 

Then, in the bottom of the seventh, a double and a triple scored a run for Rona. That was followed by a two run walk off homer for Lecuyer to win the game.

WC Rona will face the Grandor Farms Logsplitters in a best-of-three Harbour Ball final between the League's two youngest teams.
