Hopper named to Team Ontario

Conner Hopper of Fitzroy Harbour, a member of West Carleton Electric Men’s and U20 teams, was named to Team Ontario for Men's Fastpitch Softball at the 2025 Canada Games in Newfoundland next August.

The team is composed of the top U20 players in the province and will compete against other provinces and territories looking to defend Ontario's title from the 2022 Games.

Other athletes named include Dakota McComb and Connor Paige from Chatsworth who were pick up players for West Carleton at the U20 Men's Canadian Championship in Carp this past August as well as Gavin Brooks and Will Myers from the Napanee Express.
