Hill United win ISC World Tournament

The Hill United Chiefs won the ISC World Tournament with an exciting 4-3 victory over the Bear Creek Gremlins in the tourney's last game. Marco Diaz had the win and Jack Besgrove took the loss with relief from Kuba Osička.

In the ISC II Final, the Pueblo Bandits defeated the Waterdown Hammer 5-4 in eight innings. Joe Mick from the GOFL's Micksburg Twins is on the Hammer and his dad Jamey is on the coaching staff.

In the ISC Legends 50+ tournament, the Parksville Red Sox from British Columbia won the title beating the Maccabi team, which had five New Zealand hall of famers in the starting line up. The Waterdown Hammer Legends, which had three GOFL players (Brad Porter, Trevor Barton and Adam Brown) finished fifth of fifteen teams with a three win and three loss record.
