Eastmain is in qualifier

Looks like Ray Shanoush is bringing down the Fireballs from Eastmain for the ISC II qualifier in Fitzroy. This team is from Northwest Quebec Cree Nation territory. That brought us up to 14 teams with registration likely closing in the next two weeks. Note that we will likely be down to 13 teams though, since Manotick will likely have to withdraw due to player shortages.

Oshawa will not be coming to the ISC II qualifier. Due to their Junior team status, they have been asked to participate instead in the ISC World qualifier.
