ISC II teams confirmed - Valley and Blackburn to attend

Ottawa Valley Raiders and the Blackburn Bombers have both received and confirmed invitations to the 2007 ISC II Tournament of Champions in Kitchener/Cambridge in August.

Enterprise Oasis Pools from the Kingston league was also invited, but had to decline.
