GOFL Week 10 preview
Hard to believe but week 10 of the Greater Ottawa Fastball League is already upon us.
Monday night in Greely sees the DNTW Eagles hosting the Ottawa Blitz at 8:30pm.
Tuesday night, fastball returns to Quyon after a long hiatus, as the Carp I4C Victory arrive for a scheduled doubleheader against the COMBAT Flyers, starting at 7pm.
On Wednesday night, the Orleans Gators go to Manotick for a double dip, with the first game against the Blitz at 7pm followed by a 9pm match up against the Printers.
Stittsville visits Carp on Thursday night for two games - first is against West Carleton Electric ('Trics home game) at 7pm with the 9pm match up against I4C Victory. The other Thursday night game has Quyon travelling to Orleans for a 8:30pm game against the Gators.
As per an earlier blog posting the WC Electric / Easton match up on Monday has been postponed due to diamond availability issues - new date to be announced.
As well, the revised GOFL Showcase will be played July 26 at Metcalfe. Some schedule changes will be necessary as only eight teams can attend (Stittsville does not have enough players).
