Friday night at the Gil Read / ISC II Qualifier

In the 7pm game, the Quyon COMBAT Flyers defeated Ottawa Blitz 3-1. Drew Hathway had the win, Jamie Blakely took the loss.

The 9pm game featured Fitzroy Harbour West Carleton Electric and the Stittsville 56ers and was scoreless after 7 innings. Darren Featherstone had the ball for Stittsville and Bud Hanlon was pitching for Fitzroy. The eighth inning was also scoreless. West Carleton Electric had scored 3 in the top of the ninth when the timed lights went out with a man on first and two out. The game will resume on Saturday at 11am.
