Like father, like son
Fitzroy Fastball Junior and I were looking over his big pile of school work that he brought home today.
He showed me his Grade One French Immersion journal in which he recorded once a week the important things going on in his life. Alongside stories about four-wheeling with his uncle, going to his cousin's birthday party and visiting a museum with his brother were the following - original spellings intact.
4 mai 2009 Lundi je vais jouer de base-ball.
18 mai 2009 Après l'école j'ai jouer bas balle et je suis deuxieme pour fraper la ball.
8 juin 2009 Hier moi et mon équipe de bas-ball a gagnée.
