Oswego Tournament with two ToC berths

Blair Setford reports that the Oswego, NY tournament was previously listed as 2 berths, 1 for US East and 1 for Canada East. Now, both berths are available to any team from any region. For any team looking to play in the Tournament of Champions in Iowa in August, this is a golden opportunity.

Quyon COMBAT Flyers are attending from the area, as is the Kars tournament team, which will have several Ottawa Team Easton players.
