Orleans pitcher wins bronze at 2009 Midget Girls Nationals

Lise Couturier, a local pitcher from Orleans, has won bronze with her team, the Midget Mississauga North Tigers Acton at the Canadian Midget Championships held in Brampton, Ontario from August 2nd to August 9th. Overall the team finished the season with a 60 – 13 record. Lise had previously played competitive softball for the Orleans Rebels and the Kanata Pirates organizations. Lise finished her season with a 22 – 5 pitching record.
