* The Elkland Softball Tournament Committee has created its own open pitching list for all ESAII level events for 2011. All players names on the list will be restricted from pitching in those events. You may view this list on our website at www.elklandsoftball.com

* The Elkland Softball Tournament Committee has also restricted the top finishing 16 teams in the 2010 ISC world tournament from competing in the 2011 ESAII level events. The top finishing 16 teams' players in the 2010 ISC world tournament will be considered "open". Teams participating in the ESAII level events for 2011 may have 4"open" players per team with not more than 2 of them having PRAWN status.
