Brockville finishes 1-2 at Midget Elims

Brockville falls 4-1 to Fullarton at the 3pm game. Fullarton drew first blood in the bottom of the 3rd inning being able to string a couple of hits together, plating one run.
Brockville answered in the top of the 5th to tie the game.
Fullarton put together a couple of more to score two more runs in the bottom of the 6th to make it 4-1.
Brockville put runners on 1st & 2nd with one out but was unable to score them.
Shane McNish took the loss, striking out 8, Ben Petrie pitched the win with 4 strikeouts. Fullarton played a great defensive game as they got 13 outs via ground outs, Brockville put the bats on the ball, they made the plays. It was a great experience for the boys, being able to play and compete at this level and being able to play a Teeswater team and face one of the top pitchers for their age group. Port Perry defeated Napanee to advance to the undefeated game, and Teeswater defeated Chatsworth.
9am games will have Napanee vs Tavistock and Chatsworth vs GrandValley coming up the losers bracket.
11am will feature Teeswater vs PortPerry in the undefeated game.
