Brewers win Shawville Men's Fastball League playoff final

After losing the first game of the five-team Shawville Men's Fastball League playoff double knockout tournament, the Brewers reeled off three straight wins against the Athletics, Royals, and Bucks then defeated the Twins in the single game final on Friday night by a score of 1-0 to win the title.

Trevor Lahey was the winning pitcher and Todd Hearty took the loss. Steve McCord doubled then scored the game's lone run on an error.
