Bren Electric goes up one game in Harbour Ball finals (updated)

Bren Electric got by Murphy's Plumbing 7-5 in the first game of the best of three final series for the Fitzroy Harbour Men's Fastball League playoff title.

Adam Rueckwald earned the win, in relief of Todd Wilson. Shawn Ryan was tagged with the loss and had relief from Ryland Hill.

Mitchell Taylor and Ryan Conners had homers for the Electricians, while captain Kyle Campbell hit one out for the Plumbers.

Game two is tentatively scheduled for Monday September 20 at 8 p.m. at the Fitzroy Harbour Community Centre.
