Wednesday night playoff fastball

Wednesday night is a busy one for playoff fastball in eastern Ontario. Here are some games being played tonight.

Greater Ottawa Fastball League

The best of three semi-finals get started tonight with games in Micksburg and Manotick. Up the Valley, the first seed Micksburg Twins get their playoffs started against the fourth seed Kars Aces at 7:30 p.m. At the Manotick Arena diamond, the second seed Orleans Rebels host the third seed Quyon Flyers, with first pitch at 7 p.m.

Fitzroy Harbour Men's Fastball League

Game 3 of the best of three Harbour Ball Final will be played tonight at the Fitzroy Harbour Community Centre with top regular season finisher Grandor Farms playing second place finisher West Carleton Electric U20 at 8:30 p.m. Grandor won the first game 8-2 while WC took the second 6-1.

Glen Cairn Men's Fastball League

The last remaining quarter-final series in the Glen has second seed KookiJar playing seventh seed Upper Canada Elevators in Game 2 of their best of three tonight at 7:30 p.m. at AY Jackson Secondary School diamond. KookiJar leads the series 1-0.
