Stittsville got on the board in the top of the 1st. Scott Herriot singled to lead off the game and advanced to second on Featherstone's sac bunt. After advancing to third on Dan Jessiman's groundout he would score on an RBI single from Scott Jessiman.

Quyon plated 3 in their half of the first to take a 2 run lead. Matt Greer started things off with a walk and stole second. After advancing to third on a wild pitch he scored on a Joe McCleary bunt single. With two out, Hathway hit a two run shot to deep right-center to give the home team a 3-1 lead.

The 56ers answered back with one in the second on a Scott Parsons homerun. The score remained 3-2 until the top of the 4th when Parsons went yard for the second time to tie it up at 4.

Quyon regained the lead in the bottom half of the 4th. Hathway led off with a single and was replaced by Shawn Laframboise. Laframboise would steal second and subsequently score on a Steve McCord single.

The Flyers went up 5-3 in the 5th. Curtis Daley led off with a walk and stole second. After advancing to third on a groundout, he would score on a wild pitch to give the home team a two run cushion.

Stittsville would claw back in the final two frames to tie it up at 5. In the 5th, Scott Jessiman and Ryan bond each walked to start the inning. A strikeout and fly out to centerfield allowed Jessiman to tag and advance to third. He would score on a Darren Ladouceur grounder up the middle.
