GOFL Week 8 schedule
As the GOFL schedule keeps forging ahead, there are seven games scheduled in the league this week.
The doubleheader in Manotick tonight has the Stittsville 56ers (3-6) in for two games - at 7pm versus the Barrhaven Broadway Blues (3-5) and then at 9pm against Manotick Taylor's Blitz (3-4).
Thursday night in Quyon sees the Flyers (1-4) entertaining the Blues in a 8pm start. Carp Fairgrounds has three games that evening, with West Carleton Electric (5-3-1) playing Carp I4C Victory (5-3-1) on A diamond and the Blitz against Micksburg Twins (7-2) on the B diamond, both at 7pm. The 9pm game in Carp has Victory vs Blitz.
Friday night fastball in Micksburg has the Flyers in town to face the Twins in an 8pm start. Kars Aces (4-4-2) were originally supposed to be up in Micksburg Friday night as well, but that game has been postponed and the Aces have the week off.
