OASA Midget Provincials in Napanee - UPDATE
While the Gil Read will be the focus of most fastball fans locally this coming weekend (July 25-27) there is also the Ontario Amateur Softball Association Midget (U18 boys) provincials in Napanee as well for Midget A (8 teams) and Midget B (7 teams).
The A provincials will feature host Napanee with seven other teams from parts west. Schedule here.
Participating in the B provincials will be Ottawa (Kars) and Brockville, which is coached by GOFLer Matt McNish. Schedule here.
UPDATE:
Brockville went 1-2, losing to Shakespeare and Jarvis, and defeating Caledonia. Ottawa (Kars) went 0-2, losing to Jarvis and Caledonia.
