Northeast Drillers win Kingston Axemen Shootout

The Northeast Drillers from Pennsylvania won the Kingston Axemen Shootout hosted in Sydenham this past weekend. The Drillers defeated CPI Classics of Oswego, NY in the final by a score of 8-4. Kyle Crawford had the win with relief from Caleb Keeshig. Gregg Garrity took the loss.
Kingston Axemen finished third, losing to the Drillers 7-0 in the semi-final.
Other teams participating in the seven-team event were both Napanee Junior teams, the Quebec Junior and Grimsby.
