In the first of a double header in Carp, Adam Rueckwald had his first career GOFL win, while Darren Featherstone took the loss.
Kars Aces 12 Ottawa Valley As 0
Cory Alkerton earned the win in this match. Todd Wilson took the loss with relief from Rueckwald and Ian King. Alkerton hit a grand slam for the Aces. Brad Porter showed his batting skills for Kars, with two hits and two runs batted in.
