Newfoundland 3 Cheers Pub wins nationals
The defending champions 3 Cheers Pub from Newfoundland won the Canadian Men's Nationals in Stratford, ON on Sunday, defeating Scarborough Force in the finals.
Team Quebec, with three GOFL players (Matt Greer, Joe McCleary and Scott Herriot) lost their first six games, but won their next two to finish 2-6. Quebec also got to play spoiler by winning their final game on Saturday morning to eliminate the host team.
