GOFL Playoff match ups now set

With the regular season concluding tonight, the Greater Ottawa Fastball League playoff match ups have been determined.

Six teams will play best-of-five playoff series, with the three winners joining the first place team in a four-team double knockout tournament to determine the GOFL playoff champion. Stittsville will be hosting the Final Weekend Showdown on Friday September 12 and Saturday September 13 at the Grove.

2. Stittsville 56ers 8-6-4 = 20 pts
3. West Carleton Electric 9-8-1 = 19 pts
4. Kanata Pirates 8-9-1 = 17 pts  *seeded ahead of Micksburg based on season series
5. Micksburg Twins 8-9-1 = 17 pts
6. Kars Aces 8-10-0 = 16 pts
7. I4C Victory 7-11-0 = 14 pts

Best of five playoff series to start the week of August 18 as the league will be taking the week off for the ISC World Tournament in Kitchener, ON.
