Hursty's Bar & Grill beats Bucks in Shawville League final

The Shawville Men's Fastball League, a recreational men's fastpitch league started up this year on the Quebec side, finished off their season on Monday.

The champs of the three team league were Hursty's Bar & Grill who defeated the Bucks in the final game. Hursty's is lead by Matt Greer and the Bucks main man was Shawn Laframboise. The third team in the league is the Royals who are captained by Joe McCleary.

Nice to see a league being started. Hopefully they will get to at least four teams next season.
