Local team competing at Ontario Rural Softball Association men's provincial tournament

A local men's team based out of the Augusta area in eastern Ontario will participating in the Ontario Rural Softball Association provincial tournament on August 8 to 10 in Springfield in the western part of the province. (More on the ORSA here.)

Players on the Augusta team come from the North Leeds, Glen Cairn and Greater Ottawa fastball leagues.

The other seven teams participating in the event are Springfield, Charring Cross, Jarvis, Moraviantown, Dunnville, Rockwood and Morpeth.
