ISC World Tournament - Wednesday

A brief summary of eastern Ontario teams at the International Softball Congress World Tournament in Kitchener on Wednesday.

Ottawa Broker4Tickets won three straight games to stay alive in the ISC II bracket.

Ottawa Broker4Tickets 9 Aurora (IL) Dolan & Murphy 5
The ISC II main results page says they played Puslinch, but they actually played Aurora. Joran Graham had the win, and Cory Morrison and Cory Alkerton both had homers.

Ottawa Broker4Tickets 8 Wiarton Nationals 5
Broker were up 3-0, then down 5-3, but came back to win this one 8-5.

Ottawa Broker4Tickets 7 Napanee Merchants Express 6
Broker came back from a four run deficit to beat Napanee and eliminate the Express from the ISC tournament. Joran Graham had the win.

Napanee had previously beaten Sweaburg Crush 6-5 and the Ponsonby Stingers 10-9 earlier on Wednesday.

Broker have a single life remaining and play Thursday morning against the Shakespeare Falcons, a team they beat to start off the tournament.
