Fitzroy Harbour Fastball Tournament Results Aug 27-29

Fitzroy Harbour, ON

The Micksburg Twins were declared winners of the 3rd Annual Fitzroy Harbour
Men's Intermediate Fastball in a rain-shortened final over the host Fitzroy
Harbour West Carleton Electric.  The tournament was held during the weekend
of August 27-29 in Fitzroy Harbour, ON half an hour west of Ottawa.

Good sized crowds were on hand for several games as six eastern Ontario team
and one west Quebec team competed in the modified double knockout
tournament.  Twelve of fourteen games were settled by two runs or less, with
three games going into extra innings.  Two games were completed with walk
off home runs.
