Elissa Sivel earns Ottawa Sports Award


Congratulations to Elissa Sivel on being recognized with an Ottawa Sports Award for Softball!

From the Ottawa Sports Award site:
SOFTBALL – ELISSA SIVEL: This Pembroke native led her Bytown Belles to a bronze medal at the 2018 provincial championships, posting an earned-run-average of just 1.23 at the tournament. Elissa was also named top pitcher at a tournament in Innerkip. She’s long studied the art of pitching a softball, and today is 1 of 2 Master Pitching Instructors with Softball Canada. She’s also recently signed on as pitching coach for the University of Ottawa women’s softball team.

Innerkip Minor Ball tournament dates for 2019:

U14 Boys - June 7-9
(Skills Clinic for players and a Coaching Clinic for Coaches will be put on by Team Canada this weekend, details to follow. Softball Canada will also be running their Selection Camp this weekend at Innerkip Park.)
U10 Boys & Girls - June 14-16
U12 Boys & Girls - June 21-23

Softball Ontario is proud to host NCCP Competition-Development, Softball Coaches Clinic as delivered by Softball Canada in Ajax, ON.

This context focuses on coaches working with athletes who are in the Train to Compete stage of Softball’s Long-Term Player Development model. These athletes/teams are competing at the U18, U23 and Senior Canadian Championships, at the Canada Summers Games and at Junior and Senior World Championships.

Triple Play Academy, 650 Lakeridge Road South, Ajax, ON
